Job Description 

We are currently hiring a Consulting Associate to join Eagle Hill on the FDA account. This person will work with the FDA account in various capacities supporting account operations and the leadership development portfolio. This position would be ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the management consulting industry and be supported by a team that is committed to their professional diversification and development. They will also contribute to client projects by supporting specific tasks and broader solution development efforts.  The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, tasks spanning the following areas: 

Representative Tasks:

  • Create support documentation and policy guidance for independent contractors (e.g. invoicing job aids/instruction guides)
  • Coordinate and administer surveys, including 360 interviews and bi-annual feedback surveys
  • Develop and maintain MS Teams channel/site for independent contractors
  • Support client leadership development workshops, including scheduling sessions, running IT platform, issuing surveys, monitoring chat functionality
  • Compile and submit monthly invoices for contracts
  • Support development of client monthly status reports
  • Coordinate with Project Lead and Finance to reconcile independent contractor invoices and hours tracking on contracts
  • Ensure all delivered materials are 508 compliant
  • Develop and standardize business development materials and set up knowledge management infrastructure for these materials
  • Support business development RFPs (e.g. provide technical writing, support cost estimates)
  • Support account operations, such as scheduling/coordinating project management reviews, compile monthly reporting materials, and track account financials
  • Coordinate quarterly account meetings with FDA Leadership
  • Develop standard processes and templates for ongoing account operations and business development (e.g. processes for conducting and monitoring quarterly client feedback check-in meetings, laptop retrieval process, collecting and ensuring 100% compliance with contract requirements)
  • Coordinate FDA Account onboarding for new hires
  • Provide ad-hoc surge support on FDA contracts as need

What are the Required Qualifications?

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience, with preference for professional services or client-facing exposure
  • Experience with solution-focused problem solving
  • Experience managing time and meeting deadlines across multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Technical aptitude; able to quickly learn new technology platforms
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable operating in times of ambiguity
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to successfully complete and retain any company, federal, or other background investigations required to perform client work
  • Ability to adhere to company and client requirements related to COVID-19. These may include, but not be limited to: completing health questionnaires, obtaining a vaccination, providing proof of vaccination and/or obtaining negative test results, etc.

This position is located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.  Applicants must be willing and able to work at our Crystal City office and at client sites throughout Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC.  Eagle Hill does not cover the cost of relocation.  Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
